Iāll work with you to set your priorities, budget, and vision - then source and secure an agreed number of vendors, liaising with them from booking to bump-out. Youāll also receive checklists, timelines, and expert planning advice throughout.⬩ Flexible Styling Support
Whether you're hiring items, supplying your own, or using a mix of both - Iāll design and deliver a styling plan that reflects your aesthetic. This includes pre-wedding coordination with your florist and venue, item placement, on-the-day setup, and post-wedding pack-down.⬩ On-the-Day Coordination
Iāll be onsite managing the full run of show. Overseeing vendor arrivals, cueing key moments, keeping your timeline on track, and troubleshooting so everything flows smoothly behind the scenes. Ceremony Planning + Styling + Celebrant Services
If youāre looking for that just-right balance between support and flexibility, The Sweet Spot is exactly what it sounds like - the perfect mix of expert planning, thoughtful styling, and a ceremony that actually feels like you.
This package includes full ceremony planning and coordination, covering the essentials:
⬩ Furniture hire (chairs, signing table, arbour - you name it)⬩ Bar setup, staff, ice, and glassware (because no one wants warm bubbles or an empty esky)
⬩ On-the-day ceremony coordination (weāll liaise with your vendors, manage the run sheet, and ensure everything runs smoothly so you donāt have to lift a finger - or answer a single text)
⬩ Plus, weāll take care of styling your ceremony to look as good as it feels - moodboard, set-up, pack-down and everything in between. You bring the vibe, weāll bring it to life.
Whatās not included: Alcohol (youāll supply your drinks of choice), florals (your florist handles the blooms - weāll coordinate with them on the day), and stationery/signage (youāll provide anything printed or custom-made, and weāll style it on the day).
And of course, this package is accompanied by one of our celebrant offerings, whether youāre after something stripped-back and simple or a fully bespoke ceremony written just for you.

Once we confirm your date, Iāll begin sourcing and securing your key vendors (catering, beverage, music, photography, florals, hair and makeup, furniture hire etc.) based on your style, priorities, and budget. If additional vendors are required, weāll simply add them to the plan. All bookings are finalised only once you've approved the quotes and confirmed your selections.⬩ Live Planning & Budget Document
Youāll have access to a live document where you can track every step of the planning process - transparent, collaborative, and always up to date.⬩ Vendor Communication & Management
From initial contact through to final confirmations, Iāll manage all communication with vendors, outlining your expectations and coordinating logistics, including power, access, and other venue-specific requirements. Iāll also schedule and attend pre-wedding meetings with you and send follow-up briefs to ensure no detail is missed.⬩ Runsheet Creation
A detailed runsheet will be created for all vendors, outlining bump-in/out times and the flow of your day. This is the master document that ensures everyone is on the same page, before, during, and after your event.⬩ Vision & Styling Oversight
Together, weāll create a visual concept for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. From this, Iāll produce a styling list with itemised costs and work closely with your florist, venue, and styling team to bring the vision to life. Weāll also do a site walk-through to map out how the space will be activated and styled.⬩ Final Brief & On-the-Day Coordination
In the lead-up to your wedding, Iāll hand over all final documentation and vendor details to your venue and team to ensure they are briefed accordingly. On the day itself, Iāll be there to oversee all logistics - managing bump-in and bump-out, vendor arrivals, timing, styling setup, and any behind-the-scenes troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish, exactly as planned.⬩ Final Offers & Payments
Before any vendors are locked in, Iāll present you with the best available options. Once approved, Iāll issue the invoices for each supplier, with payment due within 24 hours to secure your bookings.In short, I take care of the nitty-gritty so you donāt have to. I step in one month out to manage logistics, confirm vendor details, create a clear timeline, and ensure your entire day runs smoothly. From supplier bump-in to the final farewell, Iām your go-to person on the ground, making sure everything happens exactly as it should.

This is the perfect package if your MC is in your bridal party or is a close family member and will be preoccupied during your cocktail hour.

⬩My MC package is for 4 hours. I can ensure all your speakers are on track all while bringing a lighthearted and humorous energy to your evening.
⬩This involves us spending a little more time together so I can ensure the energy you are after is captured.
⬩I also ask you to fill out a questionnaire based on the people who are speaking and run through any additional things like games or quizzes that you may want to have included.
⬩Typically, I tend to steer away from the 'dad joke' style of MCāing and try to capture the humour of the couple.
