Once we confirm your date, I’ll begin sourcing and securing your key vendors (catering, beverage, music, photography, florals, hair and makeup, furniture hire etc.) based on your style, priorities, and budget. If additional vendors are required, we’ll simply add them to the plan. All bookings are finalised only once you've approved the quotes and confirmed your selections.

⬩ Live Planning & Budget Document
You’ll have access to a live document where you can track every step of the planning process - transparent, collaborative, and always up to date.

⬩ Vendor Communication & Management
From initial contact through to final confirmations, I’ll manage all communication with vendors, outlining your expectations and coordinating logistics, including power, access, and other venue-specific requirements. I’ll also schedule and attend pre-wedding meetings with you and send follow-up briefs to ensure no detail is missed.

⬩ Runsheet Creation
A detailed runsheet will be created for all vendors, outlining bump-in/out times and the flow of your day. This is the master document that ensures everyone is on the same page, before, during, and after your event.

⬩ Vision & Styling Oversight
Together, we’ll create a visual concept for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. From this, I’ll produce a styling list with itemised costs and work closely with your florist, venue, and styling team to bring the vision to life. We’ll also do a site walk-through to map out how the space will be activated and styled.

⬩ Final Brief & On-the-Day Coordination
In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll hand over all final documentation and vendor details to your venue and team to ensure they are briefed accordingly. On the day itself, I’ll be there to oversee all logistics - managing bump-in and bump-out, vendor arrivals, timing, styling setup, and any behind-the-scenes troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish, exactly as planned.

⬩ Final Offers & Payments
Before any vendors are locked in, I’ll present you with the best available options. Once approved, I’ll issue the invoices for each supplier, with payment due within 24 hours to secure your bookings.

In short, I take care of the nitty-gritty so you don’t have to. From timelines to tablecloths, I’m your personal project manager, creative sounding board, and behind-the-scenes magician - ensuring everything runs to plan, so you can stay present, relaxed, and excited for your day.

Whether you’re dreaming of a styled tablescape, ceremony setup, or the full visual experience - I'll help bring your vision to life, no matter how big or small. This service is designed to give you total flexibility:

Whatever direction you choose, I’ll work closely with your florist, venue, and coordinator to make sure everything is styled with intention and runs seamlessly from bump-in to pack-down.

⬩ A venue reccy (Sydney-based) to assess layout and opportunities
⬩ One-on-one styling meetings to review mood boards, layout and logistics

⬩ Coordination with your florist, venue, and suppliers to ensure styling elements align with your vision
⬩ A live styling document that outlines every item: where it goes, how many we have, and how it will be placed

I step in one month out to manage logistics, confirm vendor details, create a clear timeline, and ensure your entire day runs smoothly. From supplier bump-in to the final farewell, I’m your go-to person on the ground, making sure everything happens exactly as it should.

Includes:

⬩ One-on-One Planning Session
We’ll meet to walk through your wedding day from start to finish - how you want everything to look, feel, and flow. From ceremony placement to reception styling, we’ll lock in your expectations and identify any final gaps.

⬩ Venue Site Visit (Sydney-based)
A pre-wedding venue reccy to familiarise myself with the space, confirm access points, and note any logistical considerations.

⬩ Supplier Liaison & On-the-Day Coordination
I’ll be the main point of contact for all vendors. Overseeing setup, styling, deliveries, and ensuring everyone is aligned with your timeline and vision. I’ll work directly with your suppliers and venue staff to make sure nothing is missed.

⬩ Ceremony & Reception Setup Oversight
From chairs to signage, welcome tables to detail pieces, I’ll work with your stylist and suppliers to ensure your ceremony and reception are set exactly as planned, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

⬩ Family Photo Coordination
I’ll manage the start of your formal family photos, working from your photo list to gather the right people quickly and efficiently.

⬩ MC Briefing & Run-of-Show Management
I’ll keep your MC on time and in the loop, so they can enjoy the night! I’ll prompt them on what’s next and when to speak, so the flow of your event stays smooth and stress-free.

⬩ Full Timeline Supervision
I’ll manage your runsheet from start to finish, keeping the day on track, making real-time adjustments as needed, and ensuring transitions happen seamlessly. I’ll only consult you for changes if absolutely necessary and be your point of contact for the evening.

⬩ Management of Styling Details & Personal Touches
Whether it’s placing your signage, distributing petal cones, lighting candles, or double-checking the guestbook is in the right spot, I’ll take care of the finer details that bring everything together.

⬩ Final Touchpoint Before the Day
I’ll confirm final timing, access, and expectations with each vendor in the weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Please note: Venues located more than 20km from Sydney CBD will incur a travel fee of $70 per hour of travel time. Time on-site is included in your package fee.
