I take all of the legwork out of finding the right vendors for you - this way you can relax and enjoy the wedding process without the hassle of back and forth.

Includes:

⬩I will start working on your desired list of vendors the day we confirm your booking

⬩Create a live doc that you will have access to so you can track where I am up to with your bookings

⬩Book in and confirm your key vendors (catering, beverage, music, photographer, florist, furniture hire, hair, and makeup artists - any additional vendors would incur an additional charge)

⬩Create a working run sheet for all vendors to use pre-wedding and during (this will inform them of bump and out time)

⬩Work with your event coordinator on vendor requirements (ie. if they require power, running water etc.)

⬩Hand over all vendor details to your event coordinator & venue

⬩Ensure all vendors are aware of your expectations and requirements for the day

⬩Schedule times for you and I to meet with vendors prior to your wedding date

⬩Send briefs post meetings to all vendors ensuring nothing is missed!

⬩ I will come to you with the best and final offers before signing off on your requests - I will then invoice you for payment which will be due to be paid within 24-hours to secure all vendors

Allow me to jazz your space and make it everything you've dreamed of! My styling offer is a little different from most. The point of difference is that you provide the items, and I style them.

This means that you purchase all your props, linen, napkins, and cutlery (whatever you want!), and I put it together and create the vision you are after. I work closely with your florist and venue to ensure the setup is seamless and bump in and out goes off without a hitch. (If you are after assistance in sourcing items, this would incur an additional fee).

On-the-day styling includes 4 hours of setup and 6 hours of administrative work. If you wish to extend hours, this would incur an additional fee per hour.

Includes:

⬩Early arrival to set your reception & ceremony space

⬩Provide me with a Pinterest or mood board 2-months prior to your wedding date to understand your look and feel for the day (we can work on this together) 

⬩Reccy of venue (based in Sydney)

⬩Meeting with Scarlett 6-8 weeks prior to discuss the layout of the day and how you expect everything to look, feel and be

⬩Work with your event coordinator, venue, florist, and suppliers to ensure they are on brand with what you are after

⬩Create a live doc of all items to be styled - where they will be placed, how many items there are, and how we will have them set prior to your wedding date

⬩(If based in Sydney) Pick up items from your house or suppliers venue

⬩Create a floorplan for you, your event coordinator, and vendors to use on the day. Please check this carefully, as this will be used for all suppliers.

⬩Assist in advice on what would be required for your space

⬩Return at the end of your wedding celebration to bump out

On the day event coordination.

Includes:

⬩One month from wedding date we’ll meet to discuss the layout of the day and how you expect everything to look, feel and be.

*Site reccy of venue (based in Sydney).

⬩Organize, liaise and set up all aspects of ceremony and reception on the day while working with preferred suppliers

⬩Coordination the start of the family photos- couple to provide photo list

⬩Management of MC to ensure proceeding run on time- tell them when to talk and what is up next

⬩Oversee timeline for the day and supervise suppliers and venue staff

⬩Management of the finer details- signs, props, distribute petal cones or any small items required

*Any venues located more than 20km out of Sydney will incur a travel fee of $70 p/h of travel. Time on site at venue is included in fee
